Q. In Teen Patti, I am unable to login with Facebook. I can play as a guest.
Ans. Make sure that you have the latest version of Teen Patti. Switch off your phone and switch in on. Launch Teen Patti and login with Facebook. If you are unsuccessful, install or update the latest version of Facebook application on your device. Launch the Facebook app and login using your Facebook account. If you are not able to connect to Facebook, contact Facebook. If you have successfully logged-in, then launch Teen Patti and login with Facebook.
Q. I have lost my chips. How can I get free chips?
We give free chips every day; chips are sent automatically. Login every day to get the free chips. Or you when you select Chips icon, there is also a link to “Get free chips.” The option to “Get free chips” is not available for all the phones.
Q. I am always losing. The dealer never gives me good card.
The card distribution is completely random. It is just plain luck who gets what cards. Teen Patti requires luck, skill and judgement. Some players are very smart. It is advised that you should play with caution.
a. If you are losing continuously on a table, you should change the table.
b. Do not play with same group of people. May be they are telling each other their cards. We wish you best of luck.
Q. In the morning I had 64 lac chips. When I logged in again in the evening, it shows only 300 chips. Where did my chips go?
If you find that your account is hacked or chips stolen, you should register you complaint at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must provide this info:
1. Number of chips you had with date and time,
2. Number of chips afterwards with date and time.
3. Your Teen Patti id or fb id.
It is not always possible to find out in which account your chips were transferred. Even if we are able to trace the user who received the chips, we can not remove chips from his account on the basis of your complaint. You may get the chips back or get only a fraction of chips back.
*We do not provide support to the users that have un-authorized transfers of chips. Un-authorized transfers encourage hacking and phishing.
* If you have purchased chips through Teen Patti and lost chips due to hacking, then in many cases, Teen Patti will give you the chips.
Q, How can I find my Teen Patti id or Facebook id number?
To get your Teen Patti id number, make sure that you have the latest version of Teen Patti. Click the Settings icon. In About, you will get your Teen Patti id.
To get your fb id, in a browser open the web page www.facebook.com. Login with your username and password. On your Facebook page, click your name. Copy the link and send it to us.
Q. When I play Teen Patti, it shows that my device has low memory.
When you play Teen Patti, a lot of information is continuously stored on your phone. This requires spare memory in your phone. Try this:
1. Install the latest version of Teen Patti,
2. Delete some apps that you do not require,
3. When using Teen Patti make sure to stop apps running in the background.
If the problem is not solved, please understand that your device has low memory, there is hardly anything we can do.
Q. I lost … chips due to some error in Teen Patti or its server. Please give me the chips back.
There can be many reasons for this problem. It can be due your phone or the internet connection. Our Teen Patti is a very stable app and we work 24/7 to keep our servers working. Even if the fault happened due to Teen Patti or its servers, you must take it as a part of the game. We do not compensate any user.
Q. I was playing Teen Patti on a table with high boot value. Two players formed a team and cheated me. Please return my chips.
You must understand that millions of user join Teen Patti every day. Some resort to all possible tricks to win. For us, it is not possible to 100 per cent control or block such activities. We do not compensate any user. It is your own responsibility to be careful.
a) You must be aware of the pot limit, and
b) When you take the side show, the opponent may tell your cards to other players.
Q. I have purchased chips but I did not get the chips.
You can purchase chips only through Google Play, iTunes Store or Facebook with your credit card. If your purchase is accepted, you will get a purchase order with date and time of purchase. You will receive chips in the same account that you used while making the purchase. If you did not get the chips within 24 hours, register you complain at email@example.com and provide the purchase order, date and time and your Teen Patti or Facebook id number.
If you did not get the purchase order, in most cases your order was not accepted. You can not use Debit card (except HDFC debit card) or ATM for the purchase. If amount has be debited to your account, wait for 2 or 3 days and the amount will be credited back to your account.
Q. How much is 1 million?
One million equals 10 lac. Thus,
1 million = 10 lac =10,00,000
1 crore = 100 lac = 100,00,000
Q. Please make Teen Patti for WP 7 phones. Please release Teen Patti for Black Berry Phones.
We have released Teen Patti for WP8. Due to some development issues, we do not plan to release Teen Patti for WP7 and BB phones.
Q. Why did you block by account?
We block Teen Patti accounts if we find your involvement in phishing, hacking, any illegal activity, un-authorized transfers, transmitting repetitive messages (spamming), advertising and soliciting and posting any objectionable and offensive information. If blocked, you will see zero chips in your account.
If you are blocked for phishing, hacking, illegal activity or un-authorized transfers, your ban will be permanent. In some cases, on your request, the ban may be removed after resetting your chips.
Q. How can I transfer chips from my guest account to my Facebook account?
The guest account and the Facebook account are treated as two different accounts. Chips are not transferable.
